Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sloopy Surf & Skate. Each item is made to order, so we only accept returns or exchanges if the product is defective, misprinted, or incorrectly fulfilled.
1. Returns for Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item is damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at sloopysurfco@gmail.com with the following:
- Your order number
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a free replacement or refund at no additional cost. In most cases, you do not need to return the item.
2. No Returns for Buyer’s Remorse or Sizing Issues
Because all products are made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Ordering the wrong size, color, or style
- Disliking the fit or design
- Changing your mind after purchase
To avoid sizing issues, please refer to the sizing chart provided on each product page before placing your order.
3. Incorrect or Unclaimed Shipping Address
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, or if it is unclaimed by the recipient, we can reship the order, but you will be responsible for the reshipping fee.
4. Lost in Transit
If your package is lost in transit and tracking does not confirm delivery, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll investigate and may issue a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
5. How to Request a Return or Refund
All return/refund requests must be submitted to:

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos if applicable. We will respond within 2–3 business days.
6. Return Address
In most cases, items do not need to be returned. However, if a return is required, we will provide instructions via email. Please do not return products to Printful or any address listed on your package without contacting us first.
7. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update this Refund & Returns Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
