2. Product Fulfillment
All products are made to order and fulfilled by Printful, a third-party print-on-demand service. Orders are processed and shipped from Printful’s global fulfillment centers. We do not carry physical inventory.
Production time is typically 2–7 business days. Shipping time varies by location and method selected at checkout.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship worldwide.
- Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees not included at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or incorrect shipping addresses.
4. Returns & Refunds
All items are made to order, so we only accept returns or offer refunds if the item is defective or misprinted.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sloopysurfco@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll work with Printful to resolve the problem.
We do not offer refunds for sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier.
5. Payment
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure methods through our WooCommerce checkout system. All payments are encrypted and processed securely.
6. Email & Marketing
By signing up for our newsletter or providing your email during checkout, you consent to receive occasional updates and promotional emails. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails.
We will never sell or share your personal email address with unrelated third parties.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including designs, graphics, logos, and branding—is the property of Sloopy Surf & Skate or is used with permission. You may not reproduce or use our materials for commercial purposes without express written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Sloopy Surf & Skate is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our site, services, or products.
We are also not responsible for issues outside our control, including Printful fulfillment errors, shipping carrier delays, or third-party service interruptions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Massachusetts.
